Multiple Alarms that work in "Silent" mode?

Any program that allows you to set multiple alarms that actually work in Silent mode. All the programs I've seen (AlarmManager, World Clock, etc..) set the first alarm to the normal phone's alarm (so it works even in Silent) while the rest of the alarms you set are assigned to the phone's calendar alarm (which do not sound in Silent)

Any ideas?
