support page no problem all working as normal and perfect only some will late recieved the reply for the password due to server problem..

you just need to explain that activation code = box serial number
when u read with sn reader it doesn't show you the activation code only it give you lot of data .
it's simple to write box sn instead of activation code you confuse customer .

the server is ok all tested nothing wrong pls check your junk mail folder and the mt box dont have activate code just use the serial number of the box as attached photo

user interface is HORROR :) , like wroten in '86 for win 3.11, main windows are small, without possibility of resize. there is 7 icons to 7 programs for one SE MT-BOX ? Is it that hard to put them into ONE software ???
support page driving me mad, for one C62 version , at one directory i.e CUST are almost 100 files with size 3.2 kb each ... guys please respect our time ... I must click on every one file to download, couldn't you pack it into one , 100kb file ?? Now it means 100 clicks, and it is for ONE Cust folder for ONE version of ONE Phone ....:(

first opininion is the best . I think . Why 7 icons to 7 programs, at least 3 enough, LG, SE , and Siemens.
SW works OK, I cannot tell bad thing about it, but software like this can be more user friendly :(, also support area. Now support looks really nice, you know, all these pictures, html, etc... but using it is horror
just look :
Current Path : main | Siemens Flash Files | C62 INSIDE | Flash files | C62 | HD0503-092-M | flash
from main I must go to support, then Siemens flash Files, then C62 INSIDE. then FLash Files (AGAIN ?!?!) then C62, then model, then flash .... ugrhhh
better it will be Siemens/Flash/C62 and after versions
and downloading all cust from cust is pain in the *** .

All I want is only some improve in application, resizeable window only , yup thats be OK if nothing more cannot be added. I have 21'' monitor, and executed software window have size almost like icon ...
