I would like to know if there is any solution for this phones since at vigys im unable to get it unlocked it says always not supported!

Something weird... Do you have any other soft to try?
Never seen such flash id. Vygis might not be able to detect it correctly.

at this moment dont have any alcatel box! and all the sw i download i cannot get any that have *** option
