I have a Motorola V975 that will not take a picture or record video. When i go to the capture screen it just come's up black, i have tried in the settings for the brightness and contrast but that don't make a bit of difference. Then when i actually go to take the picture it says " unable to capture". What would be the cause of this? :confused:
I would of thought is was a hardware fault maybe the ribbon, but i an told its the software. I dont wan't to mess around with the software until i know for certain, I also dont want to spend out on parts that are not needed. :confused:
