MP3 by MMS help please? [Archive]

Does anyone know of a way or app that allows you to send MP3's by MMS, My N6680 says not supported and when I tried the app MMS it, it fails every time?
Please help

try 'mms it' application. it can send any file (up to 100kb)

I have been wondering about this myself. Unfortunately, as I have a Nokia 6131, Symbian apps is out of the question. Is there another way to get around this stupid limitation? Another application perhaps?

i dont know this phone but maybe u can try change filename so its not ended with .mp3 ?

In such case I wouldn't know what to rename it. Furthermore, the phone won't allow you to change the extension, nor will older phones. Using a bogus extension makes the phone simply complain the format isn't supported and thus can't be sent by MMS.
