No you cant. You ahve to get it from tmo them selfs. Then They get it from danger.
You have to call tmo support. that is the only way to unlock it. And you have to be with tmo for atleast 6months i think it is. And unlocking it you will only get voice and txt msg. No aim, web or email.
You will get a email like this.

2. Power the phone on and the display should read "Special Code Required"
3. Enter the unlock code and the phone will reboot and try to reconnect to the network
Please be aware that the Danger Sidekick's GPRS-data software will only work on the T-Mobile USA network. The Sidekick's voice and text messaging functions should continue to function correctly with another carriers SIM card after the phone is unlocked.

Sorry you cant any more. Tmo has stopped unlocking ALL sidekicks.

well!
you don't need to unlock lock it,but you can use with any simcard.When it ask for code,click cancel and then go to setting do network seach.The device will see your curently simcard and then click done after that you can make a call .That is
with this way we hard to cost the customer money
