Yep, another newbie asking for advice. Just rec'd my new LG 8380 phone and thought I'd get the ******* MicroSD 512mb memory card for it. Tried to put it in - clicked into place ok - phone doesn't recognise it. Tried formatting in Windows as FAT32 still wouldn't read on the phone. Any ideas guys as the seller insists the card works on the LG phones! :confused:

Saw that in the manual also, but the retailer insisted it would work. Will probably have to go back to them then??? Not happy with their advice :mad:

Please Formating with Fat only not Fat 32:)

WORKED a CHARM!!! So the manual is WRONG we LG 8380 users can use a memory card greater than 256mb - FAT formatting worked!!! :D
