T630 not power on

Hi everyone i have problem i have T630 phone i try to turn on but i can not turn on but when i put in charged n turn on it turn on n off but when i take it out charger it same can not turn on i changed power swich n i also changed battery even i flash the phone but stil same .
please can anyone help me?
