I have a new Infinity box I have activated my accec to support area and now i have a probleme
my box is not update so i have trayed to use the soft to update my box
this is the first time that i use this soft
I want to have a pass to update my box (i trayed ths instruction for EmeraldaClient_v10) but the soft freez in connection with server i removed all firewell and all soft this this the log file
