roaming device

we are dealing with a lot of roaming traffic and idea was to develop a device that would switch from local to local network based on SIM repository residing on flash card.
Do you have any advise if multiple cloned SIMs could be stored on CF and pulled in real-time to the virtual SIM in GSM/GPRS module. Are there any tools available for this on the market?

There are some devices capable to do this function, but they don't use a sim-clone on flash but have many sim card slots.

This device is NOT portable but is connected to the PBX box to choose the cheapest gateway for multiple phone users.

As far as I know, there is no such device like you describe it on the market... reason would be there are not enough people interested into such a device.

thanks, I thought so but wanted to check. anyhow will go forward with development as this could be nice gadget for people that travel a lot and want to use broad band on the local tariff level.
