hi,
i see here some piece V3 after dropped in water they become "no keypad". but on/off button is fine, i think is a common problem.
after make sure connectors is free from corrosion and main board is bathed in ultra sonic then reflowed, i make the repair using pure software solution!
open SmartMoto software, connect to your V3 then select "repair" tab.
make repair of "pds", after this make flashing of full_flash file from boot-loader support area.
now enjoy your phone with working again keypad :)
