E398 Speaker problem

Hi!

It's E398 . With Motofunctional all test OK,speaker and phone OK,but when i make a call then speaker don't work and don't hear any voice in phone.No keypad voice too.
By incoming calls ring OK.
When I put the headphone in and make a call then ok,put the headphone out then all ok,BUT when i put out the battery,then all problem is the same :-(
( I Flash with new soft ,but the same results :-((

hay davee,
this problem in h/w side,so plz check the headphone connector bcaus the connector point (inside headphone connector)are loose & join the headphone ckt thus the speaker ckt off. If the problem not solve ,to chack the connection between pmu & spk .ok bye
