none of the chinese cable manufactuers have made this cable yet as they do not have information on it , we have requested Narry Telecom HongKong to produce this cable . Will keep you updated .

sorry back again
i tryed to unlock one today but no joy
tryed mini usb 10 pin cable and c350 cable but no joy
as there are no instruction for this model
do we need a cable modification?
phone powered off or on during unlock?
what drivers we need to install?
etc.etc.etc.

because drivers i have installed, are showing USB DEVICE in device manager
and also when i try to unlock the phone using the port lited in device manager then i need to leave the phone on
while unlocking software asks to press and hold the power
so it is all a bit confusing

juz us cable of nec 808 from teleway using ur unibox solder the rx tx and gnd

For N343 unlock you DON'T need to install any drivers.
You need to check 10-pin mini-USB cable and connect Rx, Tx, Gnd to mini-usb pins according to our pinout (pinout picture in support area).
N343 cable is NOT like C350.
Phone have to be in power-off state during unlock/flash process.

1) where did you buy the orignal cable from ?
2) Can you open cable and check pinout with the pinout on our support area
3) did you read docuentation as to how to unlock this phone ?

these models, we can unlock by the manualy codes, but flashing was not possible, now i would like to say thanx to infinity for this great update.
