i have an nec 338 and with 2 original battery phone stay in stand by only 3-4 hours, no water inside,no shock, what should i do?

the mobiles opened normally and stay 4 hours...its u mean or u mean it not opened normally...???

yes, phone work whitout any problem only battery 4hours standby.

i think that u have short circuit in your phone ...(
plz return for hardware section u may find the solution for your broblem.
