NEC e616v flash

Hi.... Is there anybody who can help me with my phone. I need to flash my NEC e616v (some features are blocked - like some settings - gprs,mms and so on...) and I don't know how to start (I have a USB cable, the phone and a PC). The firmware version in my phone is 18 (probably). Please help me !

1. Modded USB cable
2. E616 Flash files

These settings can be changed via USB cable by SmartTool 2.2
