D500 Sound problem

I have a D500 which plays mp3's perfect but the ringtones and other sounds are played at high speed and sound pinky and perky ish. I have flashed formatted and done everything I can think of so assume this must be a hardware problem.
Does anyone know what needs to be done to remedy this.

replace the circuit u300 and it will be ok 100% working
