6260 Problem! Cant Work It Out!

Hi guys,
I have this phone Nokia 6260 and it displays the message "Phone start up failed. Contact the retailer."
I have tryed every thing that i can think of from flashing it, erasing the flash and flashing it again, Call button + 3 + *. I am using the twister box at the moment. Any one got any ideas? Thanks fellas!

the solution is
1- try to format user area .
2- if you can't to format it replace the UEM ic with a new one
