View Full Version : Moto testcard
I dont know if this is right section but I did search and couldnt find an answer.
I am trying to copy the motorola test card. I'm using gold wafer card and although after copy it works (sets test mode) in old mororola (1995 model) it is not accepted in new models. The original is accepted in Lg etc but copy says insert sim or usim depending what phone. Ucables reckons that you can use gold card, is this true or do I need different one. I'm using uniplat4 to write to card.:(

Can someone tell me what wafer to use so that clone Moto test card WILL be accepted sim in LG3g etc???? as I said original test card is seen in LG but not copy.
Can't anyone help???:( :( :(
Maybe the Voltage/current consumption of the Goldcard is too high and therfore not suitable for newer phone models. Try to use a silvercard/greencard with SIM-EMU with Motorola Test enabled.
Maybe this will work.

Ch@inThanks for your reply, I used uniplat programmer and software, could that be the problem? although the test cards produced did work on older motorolas.
I'll try to get silver or green and try that.
thanks for advice
