hi,question: to read/write eeprom from sgh z500 wich is the best box recomended?

Samsung 3G phones (Qualcomm) dont have eeprom area.Software structure is totaly different.PLZ tell me exactly what you whant to do.Change IMEI? Repair totaly dead phone? or what ?
