E800 low ringtone volume

Hi

I have E800 which have very low ringtone volume. you can just about hear it if you put it to your ear.

I have flashed the phone, changed flat ribon, replaced with new speaker/ringer but still not fixed the problem. Can anyone please help t osay what could be the problem.
