v200 problem

hello! i hope u could help me. i have a v200 cp. at first i lost all its audio. cant receive and make calls bec i cant hear the person on the other line and vice versa. i can only use the vibrator and the lights for signals that i have an incoming call or text messages. i cant even use the alarm as ive said since i lost all its audio. then it has gotten worse:(. the phone i mean the texts started to hang. i cant use the phone without tilting the folder a little bit so it wont hang. whenever i received an mms the screen is all black i cant see the pictures. i cant even take pictures anymore since i have to flip the folder a a little lower so the screen wouldnt hang.what seems to be the problem?
pls help me...:(
