ot 320 insert sim

i got ot320 that say insert sim and no backlight showing.it just started on its own today.do anybody have the experience.i need
d circuit diagram.

i think this is SW problem........like a TEH zone corrupted.......if realy teh zone corrypted there is no solution.....
