Hey guys,
Yeah, another n00b here. ;]
I bought my daughter a C2000 for Xmas and obviously she would like to be able to upload/download to and from the phone and PC. I have a data cable on the way, but after much research, it seems there is no readily available software/utility to be able to:
1: Copy phone camera pics to PC
2: Copy wallpaper, ringtones, games from PC to phone
3: Manage address book to/from PC
Being new to cellular hacking, I don't beleive I need to "unlock" the phone to perform these tasks. Apparently from what I've read, LG has these abilities built-in, but US Cingular (Florida) has chosen to rape customers by locking them out and requireing them to purchase (tones, walls, pic xchange!) over the phone or online! ;( It's pretty sad that the pics you take on a phone you legally own cannot be saved unless you PAY Cingular to access them.
