What you mean? I downloaded from link no problem. its a server based unlocker for testing. Says only few funtions available in free version.
I didnt bother to test as I use mssbox as my server unlocker so dont need another.;)

your problem is fairwall or other blocker programs this means is
program required internet connections (work with server)

this program only now free may be a little time later is make not free

I think it's beautifull your advertising our software (Ser-rem)
but it's not free.. only info reading is for free. Unlocking and flashing you need a credit. And for the people with the message that soft can't find phone.. you need to install drivers for your usb cable first :)
