R320 dead!!!!

hi

i have a R320 which is just dead, it will not respond to any soft, but does have a green connection light on my box to say connection is active

any suggestions?

You can tray upload a new flash and eeprom with All Ericsson Tool by Xak. I had the same problem as you and I solved it.
