I have R320 without signal. Phone says longly "Searching"<br />and then "No access". I tested more flashes and two different<br />eeproms. I have not got an original eeprom.<br />I need a combination of eeprom+flash or any working solution.<br />Or hw. problem ?

phone type:<br />TYPE 1101201-BV K A BAB<br />01W13 KRC 114 1231/179 R6C

thanx, Peter2

Hi!<br />You have bad PA. Replace it with another one.

This is a partial scan of the PCB of my old dead T28 (the back side). The PCB of an R320 looks very similarly.

If your phone is completely dead (i.e. does not even communicate) and consumes too high current from the battery, then probably the power amplifier (P.A.) is damaged.

You may turn it on after you desolder the marked resistor, but the phone will not register to the network without problems and it will be impossible to make calls from it.

To repair such phone, replace the P.A. using hot-air soldering station.

NO FLASH AND NO EEPROM CAN SOLVE A SERIOUS HARDWARE PROBLEM...

Hi ed2k_1!

This is not my solution, but I know it works.<br />I do not know where to buy good PAs, I've never repaired a phone by changing the PA.
