is very easy just unlock by smart clip but first you have to open smart moto software and remove RSA and then unlock by service button

I think that you didn't read his question.He is asking to unlock with smart-unlocker.Don't post without understanding the question.Smart-Unlocker can't unlock V3 with Boot-Loader V8.26 because it can't use Smart-Moto Software. For using Smart-Moto,Smart-Unlocker must be upgraded to Smart-Clip.
but some form exists that is not smart-Moto to change boot 8.26 ?

u can try to downgrade your bootloader using pst

why not convert your smart-moto to smart-clip ? i think it will better for you because with SC the solution given is tested and sure.;)
