View Full Version : DreamBox package and first tests
Today I recieved my DreamBox from GsmServer. Package and everything perfect as always with this team. Only to add, I'm not reseller or part of any gsm team.
What is in the package:
-DreamBox
-Old Siemens Cable
-New Siemens Cable
-TestPoint Cable
-Usb cable to connect the box.

Impression after first tests.
-Beginning & run test: Software runs really well in both computers tested. One of them is using Centrino processor and the other one AMD so compatibility is total.
-Unlock & repair: I tried some operations with the only two phone I have here, M55 and C55 and both are working well. Need TestPoint so I will try later to revive. Speed is really good. Around 2 minutes to read full flash of C55 and unlocking speed was good. Almost less than 7 seconds. Let's see how many time will be X65 v43 :) Time to repair corrupted imei from Wrong Software was really low as well as writting imei for repairing in this phone, I think that around 10 seconds cause I didn't check the stopwatch in the software.
-Flashing: I tried to flash C55 but seems to be some problem with this phone or was my pone problem or maybe that I was accostummed to other product not really good and with no options...
-Updates & Downloads: are similar to SmartClip through Server and also are using Boot-Loader page.
-First conclussion: has some bugs in flashing feature as I said but the other functions are working like a charm. A product can't be bug free.I think this is a top product that must be at every shop as well as SmartClip.

PS:Be careful with the TP needles, are really sharpen.

Please friend tell me is this box requires CUTTING track for old (E-Gold) platform or like martech method-connecting the needles only???
And another question,is this SW generates boot pass(like martech do) for all supported models??
And one thing more:is this a word trick"w/o dissasembling" for all versions!!
@authors,please clear the things out-is this product replace with all functions Martech device or not????!!!!

Well I had bad luck with the 2 C65 & C6V. One of them version 25 and the other one version 15. Both of them wjere directly unlocked of course in around 10 seconds. I will bring you more test as well as I will recieve the phones here.

DreamBox require cutting track for some E-Gold platform phones, but DreamBox support S-Gold platform phones without disassembling.And another question,is this SW generates boot pass(like martech do) for all supported models??

This is true! You can unlock almost all S-Gold platform phone models without disassembling!
And for sure you will update slowly but update the process for E-Gold by using TP adapter isn't it?:)
