SST bugs

Today I tried to unlock AX72 as AX75. Program says "phone succesfully unlocked" but phone is still locked. I tried 3 times and every time the same. After that I unlocked it using free Joker.
Some days ago I tried to read full flash from c65. After some time progress bar reached 100% but nothing more, I couldn't write it to file.
28.12.2005 at morning program says "please update sst" but there's no update on support site (we had to wait till noon). Does SST team don't remember about updating soft?
I ask what for I have to pay 200euro for not fully working soft while I can do the same with free soft? Think about it.

Dear customer ,
We are aranging soon the official release of SST v 7.00
The problem you have with some new phones is not a bug in the new version.In plain i'll tell that just the phones became a little bit different.
In v 7.00 we shall use other protocols for connection with phones updating and flashing.
Few words about your notice about the "free soft". More than 3 mounths after we added support for EGOLD Lite models (A70/A75/Ax75) ,the author of this " free soft " copied the communication protocol we used for this model.
So your goal when you buy our software is that when there are apears a new model we shal support it.And new models are upcoming soon ...
