SST-Team please help, I have followed the instructionof testpoint but, when I click unlock it tell me to connect needle to testpoint, and then it says remove testpoint, and then it keeps on retrying and the process starts again, I did not get further than that?

I'm using the testpoint mode and I'm using only the black needel, the power connector and the plug to the phone, the red needle I'm not using.

Can you please help me? What more can I try? I have 5 peice here that needs unlocking

Thanks

If SST gives always retrying on connection please restart SST and if it does not help unplug the dongle and plug it in again.
If it does not helps connect to support@sst-gsm.com
Please also tell us if it happens with this model only

I tried it again, when the software tell me to connect the needle to testpoint, I do it, and then when the it tells me to remove I don't remove it, than it says reading data but stop till there, than nothing happens, if I follow the software to remove needle it will ask again to put needle.
The software says "starting unlocking procedure" and reading data on the bottom, and then nothing happens, it stops there.

I have succesfully unlocked a CF62

I appreciate the help.
Any more advice?
THanks

don't panic mate......did u see what the soft says : remove testpoint

just do it then wait for another instruction and you'll see the difference.....though a bit tricky

WELL i do it by Unibox and when SST asc me to remove the testpoint I do it axactly than stops any TX or RX comunication the phone swiches off i think that the boot loader is bad or there are another flash chip that is not supported

No the problem is not in the bootloader!
The problem is in the Rx input level that your unibox needs.
We have designed cables and devices that will work better with Benq -Siemens phones. Please make sure that the cables you use are aproved by SST-GSM.
