vitel X7 from O2 network unlock possible ?

I bough TSM Box,unlocked 1 phone and when I got the second one Vitel unlock not possible and no help from Spain.
I think it is not good politic of busines to sell dongles for only one phone and not to give help and useful upgrades.
There was something writen about TSM Box pro or II but it sounds like big bul.... for people who just have bought new dongle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
