Congratulations on the launch of your box...BUT

You need to know that a good product still needs some basic supports.

I have been watching and i can say that the response to enquiries about this box hasnt been very good.

The dreambox team need to answer a barrage of questions from prospective clients and those who already have it... the best car still need some support to move and retain the position.

My suggestion is that you come out more and be forceful in your response to queries..
