I did all the steps, got the codes, now when i enter them into the phone, it says sim locked, like i put in wrong code. I cant figure out why.
The sim lock has not been removed from this phone.

after you read the code dial *#*#code# then send button to unlock the phone

before u enter the code turn the phone fully on ,u can do this dialing any number for example dia 123 and call phone ll show u a message that phone is in off mode do u want to turn on so pres yeh and when its in normal mode then enter unloking code and see .
