need help convert pcb093lbe -> e700 cable

Hi,

Any advise is greatly appreciated to convert the cable.

This is more like a "science project" for myself so please
dont ask me to just buy a cable.

I have do some research and found some old posting regarding it.
Follow those steps but still no luck.
