DBSS Update v1.13

We would like to announce an update of DBSS v1.13 today :)

In this release:

-Siemens SL6C now supported without disassembling
-Device can be updated directly via DBSS
(Main menu -> Hardware -> DreamBox -> Update Firmware )
-Some bugs fixed

All depends on the model. It may need TP, cut track or not even disassemble the phone at all

if it is TP case - just need to connect TP.
if it is cut track case - just need to cut tracks.
