fafter flash if you have LCD problkem try to repair Contrast thats' all

...but Your phone have HW demaged prtopobly CPU, and U can try with litle be flux and heater on CPU(be cerufuly!).....first try to change display!

*)if you have all time bleu Screen :
try do increes and decrese LCD contrasrt untel you see service mode in LCD
*) if you have your phone show bleu Screen only for 5 second that's mean ther is 2 solution :
1)flash your phone with full Flash
if same thing
2)100% hardware problem try to rehod MCU and flash ship cose it's damajed by water
