I have searched using the search button but found nothing, expect one who was asking the same question but never got answered.

Does TomTom 5 mobile require an additional GPS receiver? Can't I use it without?

yes you need to use with gps receiver, if you have bluetooth, use a bluetooth gps receiver, preferably with a sirf star 3 chipset or a sirf xtrac chipset, the sirf star 3 is the best.

Ok thanks a lot. I have Nokia 6630. Kinda sad that I can't just use the mobile's bluetooth. Oh well.

You can use the mobile's bluetooth WITH a GPS receiver, but bluetooth on it's own isn't GPS. It's like trying to receive TV on your mobile - if you don't have a television receiver then how can you possibly receive TV? Same with GPS - it doesn't find your location through thin air!
