Hy! I`ve just buyed Dreambox! It`s a very good productI have a Siemens MC60 which when power on it shows a blue screen! Can I repair this phone using Dreambox? If yes, how? :confused:

I dont have idea using dreambox..But using sst 5.32 you need to cut the track then reflash the phone..

just you need to Flash your phone and all will be good

Ok! Now the only thing I need is MC60_lg4_v16 software version which isn`t in Dreambox support site!! Can anyone help me with that file??

The basic problem with blue sceen is, probably, drop the phone. Mostly, SIEMENS phones, has hardware problems (drop the phone). That's reason for blue screen. Sometimes, software repair, can fix that problem. But in many cases it's not complete solution.
Only what you must to do is rehot MCU and FLASH ICs, and than flash the phone. Try to flash with FREIA (http://people.itu.int/%7Eemartine/Unlock%20stuff/Freia15Setup.rar)or SST. That software is free and it's wery simple for use.
Download fubu (full flash) for mc60 http://rapidshare.de/files/7477330/mc60_fubu_v10_lg95_Freia10_v_klay2.7.rar.html
and download boot

Flash with fubu, unlock it and finally flash boot

is problem with contrast. if you have a free sst try to repair contrast with it. you have a box in prog somewhere up- left side. just try with that. but if you changed the display just try to reflash the phone with a bigger version or a smaller v. depends on display. if is yellow with smaller v, if is green with bigger v than 10. of course, on the back side of display you can see what color it is
