This is How i Managed to Update my Box

Hi all.
I have the same error. I use Win XP Pro with SP2 with IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519. AX_DB_CTRL_Class v.1.0.0.3
This is help me to install and use ActiveX Contol:

1. Change next position:
"Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls" to Enable,
"Binary and script behaviors" to Enable,
"Download signed AcriveX controls" to Prompt,
"Download unsigned AcriveX controls" to Prompt,
"Initialize and script ActiveX contols not marked as save" to Enable,
"Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" to Enable,
"Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting" to Enable.

2. Also add http://dreambox.hk and http://www.dreambox.hk to Trusted Sites

3. Close your browser and delete AX_DB_CTRL_Class from C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files. (Before Deleting i have v.1.0.0.3 )

4. Launch IE browser and go to firmware update page, install Unsigned ActiveX Control and try to update your box.

After this 4 simples points my DreamBox was updated.

Open the software program and click the "UPDATE FIRMWARE" :)
