HI , i was surfing the net and i found this data-cable of Nokia 8310 . Is it possible to unlock a 8310 with that cable ? I don't think it is possible with this cable since this is a data cable. That cable should be use to put logos, tones, manage the phonebook...

Only way to remove Simlock code from DCT4 Nokia GSM phones is to have Original FPS8 flashing prommer box and Phoenix Service software along with NEW PKD-1 Service Dongle with 6 Digits serial number !!!

It is impossible to unlock DTC4 with FPS8 + Dongle (6 digits) + Phoenix!<br />The FPS8 only can Flash language or upgrade!! At the moment Phoenix not support unlock and imei!!

hey, now, when you buy a 8310 normally it isn't SIM - locked at all!!! (Austria/Germany) The first versions of Nokias, who come out, arent locked.
I don't know, but i've heared, providers aren't able to lock a 8310 for their networt.
