That is b.u.l.l. s.cheisse..
I've upgraded many K750's to W800. It's same phone, but other cover and firmware.
don't know how to do it with setool, cause I dont have it. :)

select 'complete phone' in settings
select 'set color to red after...'

select w800 mainfirmware file
select w800 filesystem image

press 'flash'
