8310 no audio-vibro alert?

8310 with no ring tone, keypad tone, vibra alert. Any ideas.<br /> The phone profile, is general, and tones. ringer set to full, also vibra alert active.

you need<br />1 winphonix <br />2 pkd 1 Dongel 6 digits new <br />3 original data cable<br />And APPLY FACTORY RESET OR<br /> or go to Nokia Service Centre for Free Upgrade chack your version ask them to put new firmware 4.04 which includes snowboaerd game also<br />The Older version have Bug of no vibra ring And some times keep flashing <br /> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

i have 5 units with the same problem and the phones reset!!!!

Thanks very much for the replies...Just have to wait until the Nokia centers up this end of the world, get the software / cables.

hiya, i got a Nokia 8310 with Software version 03.07, who much does it cost to have the software upgraded at a Nokia Service Centre, is it free, btw i live in the UK.

Within the first year, all upgrades are free.<br />If you find a service center with the equipment to do an 8310 let me know.<br /> If you cannot, you have to send it to Nokia (also free) but it takes about 2 weeks.

bring back to nokia and have them fix/replace it. yu're just looking for headache. that's one of the most defetive phone after the 33 series
