where can i find and download a flash file to upgrade my 8310 V03.07 to ver 04.04 or higher?

i just really need the flash file! i dont know on what i will use. but i need that file so i can make a solution for it.... i hope you can help me.......

nobody bcan read the flash file yet unless you have a fps8 that is if you know what that is also a pkd1 and 6 digit code for that <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
if you can make this then i envy you at the moment i think in the philippines only semicon has this equipment if im right <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

yes semicon can do that. but someone here besides semicon upgrades firmware for 8310. if he can do it so can I.
