hi i have unlocked x500 with infinity ... phone unlocked is working ok to make call .. but when is to receive calls allways give busy tone ... i have searched for menu option ...reset to factory ... flashed the phone .. still same .. ANY IDEEAS ? THANK YOU !
no solution for this ? come on man .. it is brand new phone i think is software problem .... how can i write eeprom into this phone ?

Even brand new phones can be damaged.
If you think that it's software problem, just flash it: Main + LP + Flex.
After this you will see message like "Formatting" and phone become like a virgin.
Also check your network operator settings.
This kind of damage for sure not a result of unlock.
i don;t think is from unlock .... i have flashed the phone but i have seen that it has been keeping the main logo and the startup logo ... anyway if it is any ideea how to solve this problem please post ... thank you !
PROBLEM SOLVED i have flashed the phone with another FLEX FILE : X500_1.0.08a_Flex_rev01.6X.AS.UU_Bg_Hr_Ro_Ru_Sl.09 F.bin and now phone is working .... !
