How to manage a SE J300a ???

Hi.

I bought a SE J300a (GSM from Rogers Canada) and a USB cable.

My computer connect to the J300a (I can sync my contacts), but nothing that came with the USB cable works to manage the phone, ie transfert ringtones and images....

What do I need to do that ???

I'm new with SE, always been with Nokia before......

BTW, this will be a back up phone, for my second line !!

hi man see your virtual com port and set your com port from yours software ......... !!!
