Yup, LGMDP flashed my phone and I used the USB cable provided in the LG U880 box...
Now my cellphone is broken, It boots but before it asks for PIN it says "Unavailable Media file" :'(
I got some questions:
1) which file is the AMSS modem file?
2) what file does what?
3) anyone got an english version of LGMDP because the Italian version asks some questions that I don't understand.
4) what is the difference between for instance italian v10b and english v10b?
5) What difference does it make which country I decide in LGMDP?
6) could anyone provide an url to the v10b Swedish firmware?

u can extract if u want , but it says crc error, and if u flash the phone with it , post the result pls

I've tried with the corrupted v10b files and with a mix of working v10a and v10b files, i got no flashing errors but i still got this annoying 3logo at boot and after the logo I get a yellow box that says: "Unavailable\n Media file"
solved....i have flashed phone first time normally...( sw recognize the phone )..after i have flashed phone in emergency mode ...and all has worked ok !

@alex112 , do what copernico did , you can boot in emergency by pressing 2 and 5 along with POWER button...

Thanks, I'm trying right now...With v10a, hope it will work, i told the app that i'm in italy but both the phone and I come from Sweden. The only difference is that the swedish firmware will be ciphered, right?

How to flash the phone with new firmware v10b, becouse with standart method (usb cable, LGMDP flasher) not work. If flash with v10a -modem, and media,module - v10b, after that error - Unaveable media files. If flash all with v10b, is working until first reboot, after that LGMDP not see the phone, the phone is not recognation. ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO FLASH CORECTLY WITH THIS FIRMWARE V10B?
