Errors :(

I have noticed some errors...
I can't go to board problems:

And when I use direct link to http://www.gsmcity.de/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi (from other website)
I wants to download ultimatebb.cgi instead of opening the site.
The downloaded file contains:

CGI-limits reached, please try again later!

The Error: CGI-limits reached, please try again later!
is fixed.
The other Error I fix in the next days. NOw its work, but it is an small-bug in ubb6.04c. In the moment I´m not at home. On weekend I fix the "memberprofile error" by updating to ubb6.04e.

I also had this problem and email zfrank, but for now I think the problem does not exist any more!!
