help with nec 343i

should red light on top of infinity box be on when i try to unlock the above phone as i have a cable and still software won`t recognise the phone help before i go mad, and before you say it the box serial etc is recognised so the sofftware is correctly installed

Hi,

Both switches (front and back) in UP position.
Top LEDS - not important.
When you start software and press "Unlock" button you have to see front Rx/Tx LEDs fast blinking.

tx flashing fast but not rx i have now tried 2 different cables but still no connect ion to the phone

In this case I think that it's cable problem (yes, I see that you have used 2 different cables).

Cable have to be connected to left RJ-45 box connector.
Please, check your cable pinout by info from support area "cables/pinouts" section.

still doesn`t work also won`t work with ts10 so please what is the hell wrong as i`m really starting to get pissed off

Pls, double check cable pinout.
If still no luck, maybe there is a reason to try it via test-points (need to open phone) ?

I also have problem connecting 343i, I tried three different phones and three different cable, connect to com1 and usb to serial but never connected once, anything else we can try. Anybody else have problems with cabels and then solved, please advise.
