C65 repair with dreambox!!

I have a Siemens c65 whitch on power on when I press ok to confirm the power on sequence, phone imediately turns off! I tryed reflashing with dreambox but it didn`t work! Are there any solutions to resolve this problem with Dreambox??:confused:

Read info and tell us what is showed. That will help. Maybe you should tell us if you did something strange or just recieve the phone as told.

On read info everithing is ok! Now phone o power on everything is ok, but it turns off in a matter of 10 seconds! Can this phone be repaired with dreambox? I work in a gsm service, so i received it like that!

Read diagnostic code and tell us what is showed. Maybe phone has hardware damage.

GSM Dream, exactly how long you have to wait for retriving the Diagnostic Code ?? I`ve waited for 8 minutes and I still do!

1.Connect phone to box.
2.Click Read diagnostic code.
3.Power on the phone.

After that DBSS will show you diagnostic code

Use testpoint boot mode and try to update phone firmware (http://boot-loader.com/?path=C%20series$C65).

GSM Dream, test point doesn`t work! I followed these simple steps! Correct me if I am wrong!

1. Run Dreambox software with both testpoint(in service) and siemens cable(in data)!
2. Select the C65 model and I pressed read info!
3. Software asked to connect the test point to phone and press the button from the testpoint! That is what I`ve done: Press the button for 1 sec!
4. Software says Power on the phone...ok / Testing Ram / Error: Failed.

Bad connect to testpoint or too early took away a probe.

Test point connection ok! I let the probe till the error apeared!

Thaks for nothing GSM Dream! I`ve just lost 5 clients with c65 with the power up problem! Is there a solution to solve this problem with Dreambox or not?? Just a simple YES or NO !!

Yes, we support C65 with testpoint. Maybe problem with yours testpoint cable.
Can you send (support@dreambox.hk) ALL DBSS log files & problem description to us? You can find it in ProgramFiles->DreamBox->bin folder.

Please, do not post log files here! Send it to us (support@dreambox.hk).
In DBSS is two types of log files: basic log and error log. So, we need ALL log files from DBSS to understand essence of problem. And problem description, of course.
We are very thankful you for your help, and we will do our box better with you.

In 'bin' folder is the dbss log file and the rest aren`t log files! The log I`ve sent it to you via contact on dreambox site and the problem description is here: tried to repair a c65 whitch on power up confirmation automatically turns off! On reflash (boot mode-auto) it had the same problem! On testpoint reflash : phone power up...OK/testing RAM../Error .
