I have a small problem with my pana GD52...
I cleaned it inside and after set it together,the volume of earphohe(not handsfree earph.) is so low.
First time I thing,that it is in pins connecting the earphone to boadr.I used the CH-box to test it. When I turned the earphone vol up (in Ch-box) it looks that it's allright,but when I tested it with sim card,with standart calling,vol is so low :(
At the end I was reflash GD52 with newest soft. and replace the pana. earphone with nokia earphone (the diameter of pana earph. and nokia earp. is the same) only I have had soldered two contacts there.. Now it's working good,but I feel,that it should be better...
My question is: Is there anyway solution to volume up panas. earphone using some soft. that can change this information in flash (in Ch-box U can change the mic amp. too)
OR Is there anybody who can sell me new original GD52 earphone???

Hi Looker,
U wrote that u've replaced it with Nokia Speacker and your problem was solved.
I think u don't need to replace it with original one.
Furthur if u need Original one I can provide it to u :).
And for Software I don't think that any software can Upgrade Speaker Volume if your Speaker is faulty(Only way is to replace the Speaker).

I was solved my problem by changing original sp. with Nokia sp. it's not best,but for me it's ok.
I only wanted to know if the problem is in soft or in bad sp.
About Ch-box: I think,that if U can to vol. up sp.phone much more than in standart mode (calling,pressing arrow up) U can to change some vol. information,but it's so hard (it's take long time with experimening)
Now it's ok,but have second problem with soldered contact on Nok.sp.phone.
Panas. feld down on the floor and sp.phone not work... It's bad soldered contact on this sp. phone...
I will make batter job and it shold be oK.
So end of pana sp phone problem...
Today I had Alca 301 problem...I can't to pow.up,but when I repl. and get back battery,phone pow.up, but keyboard not work...
Problem was in triple button in the midle of the phone. Man who used this phone,had plastic cover with a hole for this multifunktion button and it's all the problem.
Problaby some watter come inside by this button and started oxided with board and some contacts. I mean the power but. (C) was always switched on and it's all problem..

I have problem with my S25 Charging function. It cannot charging perfectly, always shut off at about 2 seconds and back normal about 2 seconds also. Can you help me??
And... where I can find hardware forum like this????

I have similar problem with C10, when I have empty batt. (phone switch off) I can't to switch it on (with charger too).
I need to plug the batt on some pow.supply for a while (5min) and after then,I can to switch C10 on.
And when I should have a full batt with charger plugged in(charging looks to be ok), I should see a flashing last quarter of the battery symbol,but it only show batt symbol (full) without any flashing).

Hello Bband,
First of all clean the contacts at charging Connector...then check fuse and then Dialog IC dry solder...if not solved then replace it.
Your problem must be Solved.

One more problem PLS....
C 25 no buzzer (ringing), one transistor Short Circuit. When I pull out, on the PCB still short circuit.
Where is voltage reference for buzzer anyway??

I have problem with 8810 no signal. I read somewhere about having three cases:
No network found
incomplete network list
no access
something like that. anyway the 8810 has no access. What component should i replace. I have another board that is contact service to get the parts from. Pls help. Thanks

U don't need to tempered your Any Phone...
U can Repair your Both Phone(No network and Contact Service)...

Hi BBand Check the coil on k/pad side of MBU
I think it is connected in circuit with the transistor that is why the board measures short.The coil is normally physically damaged by incorrectly opening the housing.It is the big coil on the right edge of the board & is part of your ringing circuit.
Hi Looker. Check 2 small diodes marked "5" near your system connector,normally they go leaky or short.

Dear Everybody
I have a 7110 which it cannot connect/communicate with the computer. it can't be read by logomanager or nokia tool thru fbus/mbus cable. i also tried to read it with dejan flasher and still no connection
please help!!!

HI CAB<br />Try cleaning yr system connector (bottom) on the outside with 90% alcohol or something like that.Then resolder yr system connector pins onto the board....worst case you may have to resolder yr flash ic..hope it works!! <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Hello guys,
To JammerOne, I have a service manual for the 3210 and I think I cvan help with your signal problem. You know my number bro, txt me.
To GSM Boy, I wish to ask if you already have a solution for those 3310 auto reset, auto shutdown, system hang problem. Most of the 3310 units I repair are in this category. Is it software or hardware related? It's a total waste of potential income for me. I receive about 20 to 30 pieces of those cases in a day and there,s nothing I can do about it. Please help. Thanx in advance.

I receive minimum 5 unit in a day with this problem NOKIA 3210 with no Signal.. I try to MANUAL SEARCH on Settings Phone Setting Menu but phone saids "NO NETWORK FOUND" Some take a time but some when pressing Select button at Manual Searching Network it will automatically say "NO NETWORK FOUND".
Please Help me about this problem..

Hi, Following the cleaning of a water damaged phone (in this case a T610) what is used to protect the cleaned areas? is it OK to use the sort of laquer meant for larger PCBs eg. as used in TV repair?

I have a philips 355. Recently it's speaker has become faulty and conversations from my side are not audible to other persons. Even the voice recording function does'nt work. Any solution? I am willing to repair the mobile myself and have even opened it previously. What could be the reason of this sudden problem?
